About this policy

A clear view of how your data is used.

I They Near You is a local services platform that helps people discover service providers, understand provider information and connect when they are ready.

Primus Praetorian Tech is responsible for the I They Near You service. This policy applies to information processed through the mobile application, website and supporting services associated with I They Near You.

We aim to collect information that is relevant to providing, securing and improving the service. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

The information depends on how you use the service.

Some information is necessary to create and secure an account. Other information is collected when you use particular features, such as finding nearby providers, creating a booking or making a payment.

01

Account and contact information

Depending on how you register and use the service, we may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, authentication information, account role and verification status.

We use this information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, communicate with you and protect the service.

02

Location information

I They Near You is designed around local service discovery. Where the relevant feature is used and permission is available, the service may process location information such as latitude and longitude.

Location can be used to help identify relevant service providers, support location-based searches, support service interactions and improve the accuracy of nearby discovery.

03

Provider information

Service providers may provide business or professional information such as business name, category, description, profile information, availability, service location, verification status and service-performance information.

Information intended to appear on a provider profile may be visible to other users so they can evaluate whether to connect.

04

Verification information

Where identity or provider verification is used, we may process verification information such as identity-document details, document images, selfie images and related verification status.

Verification information is used for purposes such as authentication, provider verification, safety, fraud prevention and moderation.

05

Photos and uploaded files

You may upload profile photos, business images, portfolio material, chat attachments or evidence associated with a dispute or support request.

Uploaded material is processed to provide the feature for which it was submitted and to support safety, moderation and dispute handling where applicable.

06

Bookings and service activity

If you use booking functionality, we may process information associated with the service request, including the service category, description, service address, relevant location, scheduled time, booking status and related interactions.

This information allows customers and providers to coordinate services and allows us to support disputes, reviews and service history.

07

Payments and subscriptions

When you make a payment or purchase a provider subscription, we process transaction information such as payment reference, provider, amount, currency, payment status and transaction purpose.

Payments are processed through payment service providers. I They Near You does not intentionally store full payment-card details in its application database.

08

Messages and communications

If you communicate through the platform, we may process messages, message metadata and attachments associated with conversations between customers and service providers.

This information is used to enable communication, provide customer support, investigate reports and support legitimate safety or dispute processes.

09

Notifications and verification codes

We may process information needed to send push notifications and verification messages, including push-notification tokens, phone numbers, email addresses and one-time verification codes.

One-time codes are used for account verification, authentication and related security functions.

10

Search and service activity

We may record information about searches and service discovery, such as search terms, selected categories, approximate or precise location associated with a search, and the time of the search.

This information helps provide relevant discovery results, improve service quality and protect the platform from abuse.

11

Reviews, disputes and reports

Reviews, ratings, comments, reports, dispute descriptions and evidence may be processed when users interact with service providers or report an issue.

These records may be used for moderation, dispute resolution, service integrity, fraud prevention and safety.

12

Support information

When you contact support, we may process the information you provide in your support request, including the subject, description, messages and information needed to resolve the issue.
